The Lam Research team needed a reliable way to transport goods between floor levels. Manual handling or insufficient transport methods slowed workflow and increased safety risks for staff. 

They required a heavy-duty goods lift capable of handling heavier loads whilst fitting neatly into their existing building layout and supporting the movement of larger goods within the facility.  

Advanced Handling supplied and installed a 1000kg goods lift with a 1500 x 1500mm platform, providing ample space for pallets and larger goods to be transported safely between floors.   

The lift was installed with a through-loading configuration at the edge of the mezzanine floor, allowing goods to be moved directly through the platform for easy loading and unloading. This layout helps maintain a smooth workflow and reduces manual handling. 

One-touch latching controls allow staff to operate the lift easily and safely while providing a simple and straightforward user experience.  

The new goods lift has improved the transportation of goods between levels, helping streamline operations within the facility. With a large platform and high load capacity, staff can move heavier goods safely and in fewer trips.  

The through-loading design improves efficiency by allowing direct movement of goods between floors and supports a safer working environment while maintaining productivity within Lam Research’s facility.
